Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If your order is submitted before 5:00 PM EST on a weekday, processing usually begins the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are queued for the next available business day.

You will receive two email notifications: one when your order is confirmed, and another with tracking details once it leaves our facility.

2. Shipping and Delivery

After dispatch, standard carrier transit generally takes 4 to 6 business days, bringing the expected total delivery window to 5 to 8 business days from the date of purchase. Actual transit times can vary depending on your location and carrier workload.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also visit the Track Your Order page on our website anytime to follow your package. If 3 business days have passed and you still haven't received tracking details, reach out to us at balleruss590@gmail.com.

4. Carriers We Use

Depending on package size and destination, we ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will be noted in your shipment confirmation. Estimated delivery windows come from the carrier and may shift based on demand or regional factors.

5. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at balleruss590@gmail.com with your order number and any available photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Shipping and Return Policies.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Double check your delivery address before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. 7. Domestic Shipping Only
